Presentation Feedback

I presented my PowerPoint today (12/2) and got some feedback.

At the moment my question is quite technical which is what I expected. I just need to incorporate why I want to look into rigging.
Rigging is important to me because it is a key part to making a 2D character that is versatile. It is also a good skill to know for future jobs as it will always be necessary to know when working in Toon Boom. It is also something that I want to put time aside to learn more and get better, it interests me a lot.

But after thinking about it, I do need to revise the question to fit the whole of what I'm doing this year, which is the pilot. A way I can include rigging is to make my question about my characters as that is what the rigs are going in. The characters need to be able to be animated the best and easiest because the show revolves around them.

Key words are:
~character ~plot ~story ~action ~fantasy ~genre ~kids tv ~script ~storyboard ~style ~bios ~arc

Character driven story telling.

Question Ideas:

How can I drive a cartoon pilot's story through the characters' animation?

How can I create a character driven narrative with animation for a children's cartoon on NZ televisions?

Another point is to hone in my target demographic. Points were brought up of what category does my show fit into? Age, gender etc. This effects advertising, time slot and range. Ideally for me is all ages but that might not be realistic. I thought 8 and above was reasonable but I think it appeared to some to be aiming at the 4-7 age range which I never envisioned.
My audience will come through if I put other shows that exist next to mine as examples. Because style alone seems to send the wrong idea of a younger audience.
