It didn't work :(
The red ink is also quite bright.
So I went back to using the drawing fluid. I penciled out the design first and then painted on the blue:

I've also printed some more of the other design:
Rest in piece design, I've cleaned it off the screen. Well, I tried to, I'll need to clean it again. Leaving the screen filler on certainly does make it harder to clean off.
